HOW DO I RSVP? WHAT IS THE RSVP DUE DATE? WHAT WILL HAPPEN IF I DON'T RSVP? Please RSVP by the 2nd of March 2026. You can RSVP either online using the ‘RSVP’ tab on our website, by mailing back the RSVP card that came with your invitation, or by contacting us – our contact details can be found on the ‘Contact Us’ tab of the website. If you do not RSVP by the 2nd of March 2026, there unfortunately will be no seat for you at the reception, but you are welcome to attend the ceremony.

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE FOR YOUR WEDDING CEREMONY? The ceremony will begin promptly at 3:15pm due to time constraints, so please plan to arrive no later than 3pm. Please be mindful that (depending on how early you arrive) when you arrive there may be another ceremony happening in the space before our ceremony begins – so please avoid entering the ceremony space before 3PM.

WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE? CAN I WEAR WHITE? The dress code is formal, but please don’t feel the need to spend lots on a new outfit — we simply ask that you wear the best you already have and feel comfortable in. Your presence means far more to us than what you wear! Please do not wear all white. A white shirt is or a white dress with patterns on it is okay. The wedding colour theme is Blue, so feel free to match the vibe if you would like!

CAN I TAKE PHOTOS AT YOUR WEDDING? Please avoid taking photos during the ceremony as we would love for everyone to be present in the moment and avoid phones in the pictures our wonderful photographer takes. Taking photos at all other times is okay and in fact encouraged!

WHAT DO I DO BETWEEN THE CEREMONY AND RECEPTION? After the ceremony there will be the taking of family and friend photos, so please stay on site for that. After family and friend photos are taken, please enjoy the view, lawn games, giant crossword and find-a-word onsite, buy a drink (unlimited free drinks starts at 5:30PM) or you are welcome to venture offsite to nearby cafes etc. But please be back for the reception starting at 5:30PM.

AM I ALLOWED TO BRING A PLUS ONE? ARE CHILDREN INVITED TO THE WEDDING? Due to venue capacity, we kindly ask that only those named on the invitation join us on the day. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

WHAT NEARBY ACCOMODATION IS THERE? There are many accommodation options nearby if you wish to stay down near the venue. You can use the below link to view some recommended options at different price ranges – but of course you are welcome to do your own research as well. For reference, Campbelltown is about a 30min drive from the venue. We do recommend if you are thinking of staying down, that you book as soon as possible - due to the fact that the wedding is around the end of school holidays, booking availability nearby may be limited.

IS THERE PARKING NEAR THE WEDDING VENUE? Yes! There is ample parking at the venue. When you arrive, park wherever you like/can.

WILL THE WEDDING BE INDOORS OR OUTDOORS? The ceremony is outdoors, some paper parasols will be available to keep the sun off if you would like. In the event that the weather is wet, the ceremony will be moved indoors. The reception is indoors (at the same venue, right next to the ceremony location), with a little outdoor area at the back if you would like some fresh air.

WHERE SHOULD WE BRING/SEND OUR WEDDING GIFT? Your presence is the greatest gift we could ask for! Should you wish to give a gift, we would be most grateful for a contribution to our wishing well or a gift from our wedding registry, available online via the ‘Wishing Well’ tab on our website and a physical wishing-well/table at the event.
